Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Assist CEO in daily appointments, calendar scheduling, filing, telephone calls, correspondence and credit card reconciliation.
• Serve as liaison to board and committees to craft resolutions, track actions, facilitate meetings, record minutes and manage related documentation.
• Host all relevant meetings.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Remote deposit and recording of accounts receivables.
• Ability to multi-task and manage quickly changing priorities.
• Strong mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
