Main Areas of Responsibility:
1. Provide administrative and program support to the Executive Director (ED).
2. Maintain ED’s calendar, schedule meetings.
3. Determine issues to be brought to the immediate attention of the ED.
4. Communicate and handle phone and email on behalf of the ED.
5. Assist ED with preparation for meetings, presentations, etc.
6. Review and summarize reports and documents.
7. Manage the ED’s workload and filing system.
8. Other duties as assigned.
