Main Areas of Responsibility:
1.) Day-to-day assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, including
2.) A focus on governance (board of directors and committee facilitation)
3.) Frants writing and management
4.) Supervision of reception/office management staff
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Successful candidate will work well with minimal supervision, be proactive in identifying and executing duties as needed, have very strong attention to detail, bring a positive attitude to the office, work well with people and be comfortable with a high level of multi-tasking. The Executive Assistant must be able to change quickly between job tasks such as managing the executive’s schedule, preparing reports, tracking grant cycles and extensive filing.
