Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This individual is responsible for donor stewardship, major gifts, annual campaigns, planned giving, events and other strategies. They will be part of executive leadership and lead a staff team of four.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Recruit, retain and steward donors to increased levels of giving ($400K last year); engage and lead board, staff and volunteers in charitable giving.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum 5 years experience; deep knowledge of moves management and E-Tapestry. Salary range $60,000-$85,000; hiring range entry to mid-level DOE.
