Evening Administrative Assistant

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

As our evening admin you will be the face of the Recovery Support Center from 3:30pm to about 8:30pm Monday through Friday. Duties will include greeting clients and guests, answering phones, placing supply orders, logging payments, and ensuring the reception area stays clean and inviting.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Support for Care Providers and the Administrative Services Manager as well as providing technical (sound, internet connection, etc.) assistance to meeting groups.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Successful candidates will be friendly, reliable, with strong attention to detail. Strong experience with safe internet usage as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel applications is required. Pay is $20 per hour. EPC employees are paid bi-weekly. We recognize 9 major holidays and offer 10 vacation days per year in addition to the NM required sick leave. Background checks are required.
