Main Areas of Responsibility:
To ensure that volunteers are appropriately assessed, enrolled and matching recommendations are made with a hi degree of independent judgement utilizing BBBS standards and practices. Assess volunteer 'fit" with BBBS. Conduct volunteer assessments. Child safety and risk mgm't. Conduct reference checks.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Identify barriers interfering with completion of enrollment process. Review all enrollment info, assessments and make recommendations for participation in the program. Assess and apply all factors contributing to successful matches. Provide comprehensive assessments. Maintain accurate and timely records. High degree of collaboration with other staff to ensure smooth transition among functions.
