Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The primary function of this position is to ensure that volunteers are appropriately assessed, enrolled and matching recommendations are made while executing a high degree of independent judgment when utilizing BBBS standards and practices. A high-level customer service, focusing on volunteer options and child safety, is to be demonstrated throughout the volunteer enrollment process.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree required - in social services, sociology, psychology or related field is preferred. Experience with intakes/interviews, written assessments. relationship development with child and adult populations, and the understanding of child development and family dynamics.(3-4 openings) Flexible work schedule. Have the potential to earn up to $15/hr, based on a wage plus a structured bonus. Hours are not guaranteed, and are dependent on available work.
