Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Need an outgoing and charismatic person who is familiar with Farmington and the surrounding communities (including Bloomfield and Aztec). Recruit adult volunteers for site-based and community-based programs, assist support team with recruitment of children for site-based program, conduct interviews, process files, match volunteers and children, donor cultivation and event planning.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA Req'd - degree in social services, sociology, psychology, marketing, or related field is preferred. Experience with recruitment, intakes/interviews, written assessments, sales, and fundraising is preferred.
$30K + $1k if bilingual (Navajo/English) Must pass federal background check. ADA/EOE
