Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Big Brothers Big Sisters of CNM in San Juan County is looking for an outgoing and charismatic person, who knows the Farmington and surrounding communities (especially Bloomfield and Aztec,) to fill the FT Enrollment and Marketing Specialist position.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for: recruitment (in Farmington, Bloomfield, and Aztec), interviewing and processing of community-based children, and assisting the support team with their site-based child recruitment efforts. This position assists in Fund Development by taking the lead in the annual Bowl for Kids Sake event.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA required - BA in social services, sociology, psychology, marketing, or related field is preferred. Must pass federal background check.
Experience in recruitment, intake/interviewing, written assessments, sales and fundraising is preferred.
