Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Institute seeks an Education Program Administrator (EA) with experience organizing educational programming to meet the organization’s current and future goals. The Education Program Administrator will directly oversee and mobilize staff and volunteers to ensure successful program implementation and enforce methods and metrics for financial and programmatic evaluation. The EA will interact with an active local, national and international student base.

Reporting Relationships:
The EA reports to the Executive Director. The EA will work with the Production and Performance Coordinator and the Artistic Programming Coordinator to implement the operations of the NIF Programming Plan. The EA will oversee the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts (CFA), Front Desk Attendant and Program Assistants.
