Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The National Institute of Flamenco maintains an active local, national, and international student base. The Education Manager works in close collaboration with the Chief Education & Programs Officer to implement a comprehensive education strategy in alignment with the mission and vision of the National Institute of Flamenco, while creating key synergies with educational partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Education Manager will oversee education staff and volunteers and enforce methods and metrics for financial and programmatic evaluation. The Education Manager will work directly with the Chief Education & Programs Officer to create a strategic and tactical plan for all education programs; identify new programmatic initiatives; and find areas of synergy with educational partners. The Education Manager will also help create marketing and recruitment strategies for education programs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Successful completion of Bachelors Degree or higher. 3+ years in arts-related management position or similar role. Enjoys working with children and families. Excellent customer service. Ability to problem solve and successfully resolve conflicts. Strong time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work in collaborative environment. Adaptable to a fast-paced and flexible work culture. Familiarity with MindBody platform and Spanish language a plus.
