Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Donor Stewardship & Communications Coordinator is responsible for all administrative aspects of development pertaining to donor communication and stewardship processes.
This position plays an important role in providing administrative support to the Development team and participating in all departmental activities including donor relations, fundraising appeals, and special event planning.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
▪ Process all gifts, pledges, and in-kind donations through the donor management database.
▪ Prepare acknowledgement and tax letters in a timely fashion
▪ Maintain foundation, corporation and individual donor records through the database system DonorPerfect.
▪ Create monthly fundraising reports and other database reports as needed.
▪ Research on prospective funders, donor requests, and other follow through as needed.
