Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversight of two mountain camp properties in relationship with the year-round
Outdoor program and camp experiences for girls. Responsible for the development of innovative strategies
and effective service for supporting girl and adult membership while increasing revenue and decreasing
expenses. Coordinates property maintenance and development plans to
expand use of the properties in a fiscally responsible manner.

Active participation in the development of environments that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and access
through words, actions, and attitude.
Performs duties with a high level of fiscal responsibility and operates at or better than budget.

Salary Range:
$43,500 - $52,500/year, commensurate with experience
