Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for oversight of all food service operations including menu planning, budgeting, ordering, meal preparation, food safety and cleaning. The Director provides daily supervision and training to kitchen volunteers, who prep, prepare and package meals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides support to the Executive Director for communicating and implementing Kitchen Angels mission, goals and objectives including general community visibility and participation in and catering of special events and fundraisers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's or Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts preferred, as is bilingual ability in Spanish and English. Selected candidate must submit to and pass criminal background, motor vehicle and drug/alcohol screenings. Salary range $30,000 - $42,000 with a generous benefits package, including health insurance.
