Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Finance and Human Resources will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director (ED). This will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: Finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources and administration.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Business administration. Preferably a Masters in Business Administration/related degree or CPA. At least 7 to 10 years overall professional experience, ideally 6 or more years of board financial and operational management experience including significant non-profit accounting experience.
