Director of Finance

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Finance Director will be responsible for all day to day financial operations.

They will assure compliance with all chapter and association:
Policies
Procedures
Standards

They will be responsible for preparation of:
Monthly financial statements
Quarterly budget reports
Annual audit
Bank reconciliations
Monthly review of postings to MAS 500
Payroll
A/R
A/P
Monthly activity report to various government agencies

Participation on the Finance Committee is required.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise Finance Department employees.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or finance and minimum 3 years professional experience required. Experience in non-profit accounting, financial accounting software and non-profit audit is preferred.
