Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Bosque School seeks an experienced financial accounting professional to be the Director of Finance. The Director of Finance works strategically with the Head of School and Board of Trustees in managing the School’s resources prudently. The Director performs professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data, and establishes appropriate financial controls and procedures.

Other Information/Requirements: 

● 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
● 5+ years of experience as Chief Financial Officer of a financial function
● CPA or MBA preferred
● Should possess strong financial forecasting and budget preparation skills
● Expertise in making public presentations demonstrating financial models and reports and experience in managing banking relationships
