Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Crossroads for Women is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to partner with the Board of Directors and Executive Director to create and fill a Director of Donor Development & Management position within the organization.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Pay range: $42,000 - $50,000 for 30 hours per week for a one year contract beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019. This position is subject to renewal based upon performance. The Director of Donor Development & Management will focus on three general fund development categories: individual donors, planned giving, and corporate sponsors.
