Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Development serves as lead strategist for Agency fund development, helping the ED and leadership team create a multi-year plan for increasing revenue which supports the Agency’s plans for aggressive growth in the next five years. The Director of Development works in conjunction with other fund development team members, and serves as primary staff support (in fundraising matters) for the ED and the Board.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supporting elements include: individual and corporate donor stewardship; event execution, Salesforce database management; and donor research.

Other Information/Requirements: 

B.A. in any field, 5 years or greater fundraising experience, demonstrated ability to close 5 and 6 figure asks, well-honed sense of humor.
