Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Development serves on the leadership team and plays a key role in shaping Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails growth strategies as they relate to program expansion and resource acquisition. The Director works in partnership with the Board of Directors, through the Fund Development Committee, to ensure continuity of information and goals between staff, board and the donor community.
