Director of Advancement

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

With a primary focus on fundraising and donor strategy, the Director of Advancement will deepen relationships with current supporters, identify and cultivate prospective donors, increase financial investment in IFAM, and expand on a strong and diverse network of stakeholders.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

As the Director of Advancement, you will have the opportunity to support living traditions and thriving communities worldwide. Through your leadership and collaboration with the IFAM team, you will help create economic opportunities for artists and communities around the globe.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Fundraising Experience (Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for soliciting donations through personal engagement with potential prospects.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents
• Ability to excel in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment
• Competency with digital fundraising tools
