Type of Job: 
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We seek a Director of Administration with experience in nonprofit finances with various funding sources, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong leadership skills, strategic thinker, and ability to be part of a leadership team.

• Other duties as assigned

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Work closely with Executive Director and Associate Director
• Supervise the Financial Specialist and Office Manager
• Oversight of all finances and audits
• All federal, state and local nonprofit filings
• Onboarding and offboarding employees
• Other duties as assigned

Other Information/Requirements: 

We require:
Competency in budget management and financial analysis
Degree in business administration or equivalent or 5 yrs of experience in administration
Strong grant and contract management
Excellent communication skills
Superior problem-solving skills
Strong leadership qualities
Knowledge of business departments and their functions.
Experience using QuickBooks
Strategic thinker
Budget management experience
People-management skills

Salary Range: 
$60,000 - $68,000 (DOE)
