Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This is a new position, created to offer opportunity for someone interested in growing into a director-level position. You will oversee some key development and marketing initiatives including, but not limited to donor cultivation and stewardship; grants; annual fund; direct mail; collateral; social media and website; fundraising; community relations; communications & Marketing; and leadership. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

You must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening and have a valid driver’s license, registration, insurance, reliable vehicle and remain insurable at all times. Local driving is a requirement of this job.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires a bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). CFRE preferred, or if you don’t have a CFRE, do you have a solid understanding of the test questions? Someone who understands basic development principles (it’s not about the money; it’s about the relationship), and who has gained in the field (years of experience don’t always matter – it’s what you do with it). Must be able to write with passion, conviction, and purpose and have a mentorship attitude and desire to help others seek their potential.
