Main Areas of Responsibility:
Overall responsibility for setup, implementation, management, and data entry of the Donor Perfect database. Responsible for setup & oversight of donor database management. Oversee/ implement input. Assure accurate donor database. Write data entry standards guide. Run scheduled reports and upgrades. Gift entry, donor acknowledgements & receipts. Oversee/reconcile donor records with general ledger frequently. Develop/oversee annual mail solicitation campaign. Produce monthly reports.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Other development activities as needed. Help keep website up to date. Train volunteers on data entry. Liaise between departments for volunteer data. Assure maintenance of central file of donor records of correspondence (hard copy). Prepare mailing list of solicitation mailings including but not limited to: annual campaign solicitation letters and newsletter (quarterly). Clean data (de-dupe, clean up entries, standardize coding & format). Attend weekly development staff meetings.
