Development Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development Coordinator is a full-time donor services and stewardship support position focused on CRM integrity, acknowledgments, donor communications, event logistics, and day-to-day coordination that keeps contributed revenue operations organized and donor-centered. It helps ensure that donors receive timely communication, accurate records are maintained, stewardship activity is carried through, and development events and touchpoints are well organized.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain donor records, contact information, notes, acknowledgments, and stewardship tracking within CRM. Support data entry, list management, basic reporting, pledge reminders, and donor record hygiene. Support donor communication workflows, including follow-up after gifts, events, and campaigns. Help ensure donors experience clear, warm, and timely communication before and after events.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in nonprofit management, arts administration, or a related field. Experience with donor databases, CRM systems, administrative support, event support, or customer service. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage recurring tasks, deadlines, and confidential information with care. Experience in nonprofit development, arts administration, or customer relations preferred.

Salary Range: 
$37,000 - $43,000 commensurate with experience
