Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Development Coordinator supports the Executive Director and Board committees of the New Mexico Children's Foundation (NMCF) in advancing the organization's mission. This multifaceted role blends fundraising, content creation, marketing, social media management, and administrative responsibilities. The Coordinator manages CRM systems, assists in donor relations, crafts content, supports events, and ensures consistent communication aligned with NMCF's brand.

Fundraising & Donor Relations: Manage CRM, assist with fundraising campaigns, and support donor engagement.
Content Creation & Communications: Develop content; create monthly storytelling-driven communication plans.
Marketing & Social Media: Oversee social media, email campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.
Event & Grant Support: Aid in event planning, grant management, and administrative tasks.
Reporting: Track metrics, provide insights, and support board meetings.
