Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Heading Home is procuring data management services for its programs. This is a contract position. Heading Home utilizes an Access database to capture data for its housing programs and street outreach program. The Data Manager is responsible for managing and improving the quality and integrity of the databases, creating periodic management reports, identifying trends in information and areas for improvement and training employees.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Data Manager will need to be HMIS certified and is responsible for the completeness and integrity of data entered into HMIS.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires a degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field; a minimum of two years of experience programming in a high-level SQL environment; critical thinking skills; advanced skills using MS Access and MS Excel; and comprehension of enterprise level MS Windows systems. Non-profit experience is highly desirable.
