Custodian/Maintenance

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Heading Home is in need of an experienced custodian / maintenance person. The Custodian shall maintain and clean the exterior and interior of Albuquerque Opportunity Center Campus and the Heading Home Annex.
Work hour’s full time: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday – Wednesday and Saturday – Sunday. Pay is $10/hr.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must have knowledge of email software Outlook
• Must be knowledgeable with cleaning and maintenance techniques, experience in hospital maintenance / custodian helpful
• Must be organized and punctual.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to attend meetings, trainings and workshops
• Must have a valid/current CPR-First Aid Certificate or complete training paid by employer.
