Main Areas of Responsibility:
New Mexico PBS at the University of New Mexico seeks candidates for a self-motivated Coordinator, Membership and Relations with strong organizational and customer service skills for its Membership Department. Under general supervision, provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support of various membership and pledge drive related fundraising activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Prepares various correspondence and/or other types of contact with donors, clients and/or volunteers. Develops and maintains databases and files related to fundraising campaigns and on-air pledge drives and generates reports from these databases and files as needed. Prepares and tracks break and source codes associated with on-air pledge drives. As appropriate, processes contributions and/or accounts receivable; may receive, record, deposit, and track revenue and reconcile accounts.
