Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Conservatory Manager works in close collaboration with the Education Manager and reports to the Chief Education & Programs Officer to fulfill a broad range of activities under the Education and Programming platforms in alignment with the mission and vision of the National Institute of Flamenco, while maintaining key synergies with educational partners.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Conservatory Manager assures accurate check-in of students, intake of daily sales, and timely reporting of Conservatory metrics; manages teacher scheduling and hour tracking; maintains Conservatory studios and public areas; actively communicates with families, students, and teachers and works as the front-line manager to resolve their issues and concerns. The Conservatory Manager is responsible for opening and closing the Conservatory Monday–Thursday evening, and Saturday afternoon.
