Community Support Worker for Residential Treatment Center

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

CSW to provide comprehensive community support services to formerly homeless clients with dual diagnosis. Maintain case load, daily notes, bill Medicaid and lead at least one group per week.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have at least 1-2 years' experience working with clients who are severely mentally ill and have substance use disorders. Prefer experience with homeless individuals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have bachelor's degree in related field (psychology, social work, etc.)
Must have substance use disorder experience.
