Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Community Support Worker is responsible for providing intensive case management services, developing treatment/service plans, in conjunction with client and other appropriate staff members to Crossroads for Women clients who have been previously incarcerated and have co-occurring mental health diagnoses with drug/alcohol dependency.
