Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Community Land Trust Manager oversees Sawmill CLT’s operations and stewardship of leasehold and rental properties, is the primary representative in the community and the primary liaison between the Board, all individuals, governments and businesses. The CLT Manager is responsible for overseeing financial management, membership relations, home sales, stewardship of leasehold and rental properties, and general operations of the organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The CLT Manager is also responsible for managing contractors and vendors.
