Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Community Land Trust Manager oversees Sawmill CLT’s operations and stewardship of leasehold and rental properties, is the primary representative in the community and the primary liaison between the Board, all individuals, governments and businesses. The CLT Manager is responsible for overseeing financial management, membership relations, home sales, stewardship of leasehold and rental properties, and general operations of the organization.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The CLT Manager is also responsible for managing contractors and vendors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector, preferably in affordable housing/real estate development/real estate sales. Preferred but not required: knowledge of the Community Land Trust model of affordable housing delivery, community development and grants management.
