Main Areas of Responsibility:
(ABQ – Full-time, with a duration of work: October 2021 through June 2023). Responsible for working closely with medical providers, primary care teams, and social service agencies to provide culturally appropriate health education about COVID-19 and vaccination, as well as chronic disease education and assistance with addressing social determinants of health, including consistent healthcare, housing, transportation and employment.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Qualifications required: High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years of community-based work experience, bilingual in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, or Swahili, valid NM driver’s license with clean record, satisfactory criminal background check, proficient in MS Office and Windows, proficient in data collection and reporting, strong time management and organizational skills, and strong commitment to Catholic Charites’ mission and values.
