Main Areas of Responsibility: 

As Manager Community Engagement you join an exclusive team of leaders responsible for the implementation of the Alzheimer’s Association Portfolio of Community Program Offerings. The Portfolio brings awareness, education and support to all communities in the United States and activates a grassroots network of individuals and community leaders to work toward a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Utilizing your proven leadership, networking and relationship building skills to cultivate key community connections, you will drive success and expand the reach of our community offerings by strategically identifying and engaging community partners and activating and empowering volunteers, especially in new, underrepresented and rural communities. The position not only manages and supports their team but also actively contributes to day-to-day work and deliverables

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 – 5 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals
