Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Develop and follow a comprehensive development plan for The Longest Day® and other events in New Mexico that includes budgets, timelines, team recruitment and retention strategies, volunteer committee and logistics. Work collaboratively with Regional Directors to meet all benchmarks and revenue and expense targets for The Longest Day® and other events in NM.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain relationships with key corporate sponsors year-round and insure involvement in all relevant chapter activities and recognition opportunities. Work to develop a new network of high level contacts for the chapter and form new corporate alliances and partnerships.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be able to function at a high level in an extremely fast paced environment. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or 3 -5 years related experience and 3-5 years demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and coach volunteers in a fundraising environment preferred
