COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for providing support to development and marketing staff. The Community Development Coordinator works closely with the Development and Marketing team in providing administrative support for donor development, agency marketing and coordination and implementation of agency special events.

Part time position, 20-25 hours per week, which may include evening and weekend hours.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Works with organization staff at all levels to complete projects.
Coordinates activities between Development and Marketing team and other departments.
Coordinates and organizes activities between departments and outside parties.
Coordinates logistical details for events.
Participates in post event evaluation.
Supports the development and distribution of marketing collateral.
Maintains donor correspondence, mailings, filing, Constituent Resource Management (CRM) database

Other Information/Requirements: 

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
1. Demonstrated knowledge of virtual event planning and execution.
2. Knowledge and experience in event planning and execution.

Education/Experience Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree, OR
2. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative support, event planning and marketing, development, community engagement, donor relations, or similar field.
