Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Clinician at The Crossroads is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of the program including but not limited to, effective administration of psychosocial evaluations/assessments, individual and group counseling, and/or psychotherapy and crisis intervention in a high-intensity clinical environment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Position reports to Clinical Director. Primary Work Site: Crossroads For Women; 805 Tijeras NW, Albuquerque
Hours: 40 hours. Pay Rate: $46,000-$52,000 (dependent on experience). FLSA Status: exempt.

Other Information/Requirements: 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Master’s Degree, discipline-specific licensure in New Mexico; with 2 years direct counseling and assessment experience in a therapeutic substance abuse or mental health setting and/or two years’ experience in a residential setting.
• Ability to adhere to strict standards of confidentiality.
• Satisfactory clearance of Criminal Records Check.
