Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee ongoing operations, procedures, and programming; Establishes policies that promote agency culture and vision through its operations. Collaborates to develop, manage, and implement the operational aspects of HW. Maintain internal and external controls, implementing/establishing policies and processes that promote exceptional client care, and ensuring financial sustainability, credibility, and transparency with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides day-to-day leadership and management; Oversees all of the agency’s programs, which include, but are not limited to Behavioral Health, Housing, and Hope Village. Direct supervision of key reports in these areas; Alongside the QACO, ensure programs are meeting goals, outcomes, and revenue expectations. Ensure compliance with all of our funding and reporting requirements, as well as federal, state, county, and city regulations;

Other Information/Requirements: 

Five or more years of experience in senior executive leadership roles; Experience working in building and maintaining culture, especially as it relates to DEI and social justice. Familiarity with white supremacist culture characteristics and its antidotes; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or industry-relevant equivalent; Master’s Degree a plus; Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity; Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
