Main Areas of Responsibility:
A pivotal leadership role, reports to Senior Vice President of Development and Field Operations.
• Ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment and management
• Proven track record in meeting sales/fundraising goals
• Demonstrated ability to secure corporate donations through participating in and leading top level sponsorship asks
• Demonstrated efforts to cultivate major donors, secure large corporate sponsorships ($25,000+), and identify and secure foundation gifts
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Ability to prepare and manage operating budget.
• Collaborative approach to working with other internal partners
• Candidates must be results driven with ability to multi task, and must also be willing and able to travel frequently within the Albuquerque area, and occasional overnight travel for strategic planning and management meetings and training.
• Organization, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
