Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Paid position (16-20 hrs/week) provides support across all key chapter activities. Plays a lead role in Office Management, and a strong supporting role in activities relating to Client Services, Volunteer Resources and Marketing.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Also supports activities of the Treasurer, Secretary, Programs Director and Community Engagement Director. Carries out most work via email and telephone. Occasional face-to-face contact with chapter volunteers and clients.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 or more years general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Dependable, self-directed and quick learner; Excellent organizational, written, verbal communication skills; Proficient in MS Office. Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, attend to details. Proficient in MS Office; Experience using Google Calendar; Able to lift 25 lbs. Desired: Entry-level Marketing skills.
