Main Areas of Responsibility:
As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer reports to the Co-CEOs and assumes a strategic role in the overall financial management of the organization. Day-to-day responsibility for controlling all financial-related activities including accounting, IT, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Manage daily accounting operations including ledger functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed asset management, and financial reporting; supervises Medicaid billing, payroll, & IT staff; manages all grants, including monthly billing/reporting; coordinates audit processes; prepares monthly financial statements and annual budget for the Board of Directors and exec. management team; maintains agency insurance; and prepares annual audit schedules, program documentation, and audit support.
