Case Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Case Manager is responsible for providing intensive case management services, developing treatment/service plans, in conjunction with client and other appropriate staff members to Crossroads for Women clients who have been previously incarcerated and have co-occurring mental health diagnoses with drug/alcohol dependency.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervisor: Program Coordinator. Pay Range: $32,000 - $38,000 (dependent on experience), plus employer paid benefits. FTE Status: Full-Time Exempt (40 hours per week).

Other Information/Requirements: 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Associates degree in social work or related field and at least two years of related experience
• Requires knowledge and belief in trauma-informed, gender specific, and culturally competent service delivery
• Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance; able and willing to travel locally as needed
• This position is subject to Criminal Background Check (post-offer)
