Main Areas of Responsibility: 

A Case Manager provides intensive case management services and develops treatment/service plans, in conjunction with client and other appropriate staff members, for clients who are homeless, previously incarcerated and have co-occurring mental health diagnoses with drug/alcohol dependency.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Part-time position at The Pavilions in Los Lunas, NM. 20 hours per week. Pay rate: $15.38 - $18.26, plus employer paid benefits.
