Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Business and Operations Manager of the Early Childhood Center of Excellence (ECCOE) oversees financial and administrative operations for multiple programs in early childhood. This position is responsible for managing all accounting for ECCOE programs and is responsible for generating and tracking budgets. In addition to financial management, performs administrative duties, human resource management, continuous quality improvement, and other duties as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Ensures billing, account receivables and collections are accurate and precise.
Develops policies and procedures for operational efficiency and financial sustainability
Manages HR and background checks for ECCOE programs and accreditation requirements
Responsible for communications to families regarding financing and billing
Maintain complete and accurate records for Kids Campus that adhere to ECECD regulations, the USDA food program, and NAEYC accreditation
