Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly
• Maintain donor database, process gifts, and generate annual tax acknowledgment letters
• Prepare financial reports for board meetings and grant reporting requirements
• Track grant expenditures and assist with grant budget management and compliance reporting
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Assist with general office management needs as required
