Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Billing and Grants Manager is responsible for budget preparation and accounting services related to the Barrett Foundation’s contracts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Supporting implementation and adherence to grant requirements for Barrett Foundation Contracts
• Ensure grants are implemented according to the operational and financial needs of the organization.
• Oversee the job of invoicing, accounting, reporting, and other administrative functions to ensure successful execution of grant process.
• Assist with the preparation of the yearly budget.
• Maintain records of all payments and receivables and prepare monthly records for all grant-related activities.
