Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Assoc. Director of Finance & HR is responsible for the daily accounting functions of IFAM including: payroll, A/P, A/R, account reconciliations, inventory management, and monthly and annual reporting. The ADFHR will also be responsible for the administration of HR benefits. In addition, the ADFHR will work closely with the Director of Finance & HR to ensure completion of the annual audit and 990 filing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
During the annual markets, the incumbent will assist with all financial market-related processes including: posting fees, set-up and implementation of point-of-sale system, training of cashiers, artist reconciliation & payout, and wiring funds to artists post-market.
