Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Primarily responsible for determining and facilitating the logistics necessary to produce the annual flagship International Folk Art Market in Santa Fe. Additionally, the position is responsible for assessing myriad logistical elements post-event in order to determine best practices for an improved market, year after year.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Key functions include: negotiating with and supervising all vendors responsible for the Market entertainment, grounds setup, security, traffic, and transportation at the Market in early July, each year; budgeting; communications with Museum Hill partners

• Entrepreneurial mindset seeking solutions coupled with doing what’s best for IFAA’s customers
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Demonstrated success in high level administrative and event coordination
• Competency with computer technology
• Proficiency in communicating verbally and in writing
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Resilience to unexpected challenges; gracious disposition in the face of pressure
