Main Areas of Responsibility:
Rapidly expanding Albuquerque based nonprofit housing developer, seeks strong asset manager, experienced with affordable housing compliance, and property management operations. The position requires experience and expertise the following areas: property management, compliance, finances, budgeting, staff supervision, and community and vendor relations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Experience with one or more property management software programs will be required.
-Have a high degree of knowledge and/or experience with LIHTC, HUD 202, 811, and Continuum of Care, FHLB, and City of Albuquerque funding requirements.
-Experience supervising staff.
-Financial background/experience preferred.
